The five qualities that I want to improve on are dedication, motivation, communication, commitment, and integrity. I don't always stay on task and sometimes when I start something I struggle to finish it. I can't stay motivated to complete projects once I've started. Communication is a problem for me because I don't always say what I mean. I want to work on integrity because I want to be able to say I always do the right thing even when no one is looking.
